The TD & TDX three-day seminar was a great success.  Ten working dogs twice got to track individually at their level and get feedback from Sil, the two mentors Maureen and Kathleen, and the other participants.  They also got to track on their off-day on an assigned field.  Most also took advantage of Pattie's Map Making and Tracklayer breakout session.  They also were able to see Sil handle Gretzky on a TD-like track and Maureen handle Griffin on a blind TDX-like track.  In addition, we had three fun and instructive group exercises where the dogs got to work simple tracks with group contamination, article circles to work on their article indication, and the handlers were able to work on their handling skills to expand the search if their dog lost the track and could not find it within a lead length.  Lots of fun was had by all.
The TDU & VST three-day seminar was also a great success.  Nine working dogs twice tracked at their level and got feedback from Sil, the two mentors Maureen & Kathleen, and the other participants.  Everyone was also able to follow along on Twizzle & Sil's and Griffin & Maureen's demo VST-like tracks.  In addition, there was instructive and fun group exercises, a demo to illustrate wind flow around buildings, and an exercise to help people understand the difficulty in following a track with contamination.
